My salary or income is a certain amount. What house price do I qualify for?

This affordability helps you to find out what you can afford. Based on your salary or monthly income, the calculator will determine the house price you can afford.

Example

For instance, a monthly income of N 230,000 will qualify for a house worth N 6 million paid over 20 years. Theis means that one person with a salary of N 230,000 a month or a couple with a combined salary N 230,000 a month can apply through our HomeOwnership Program. They will stand a good chance to get an N 6m once they complete the program successfully and qualify. This money will be converted into a house or land and they will pay an average of N 69,000 per month over 20 years.

Note that paying a deposit will enable you to qualify for a higher amount. deposits can range from 10% upwards.
